Requests for exterior modifications and repairs

 Homeowners in Waterford Villas may make exterior modifications, alterations and/or additions at their own expense only after approval by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). All requests for such improvements must be submitted by completing a copy of the ACC Request Form  (Download below) which the homeowner can print, complete, and forward to the building chairperson. 

For repairs and maintenance to be done at the expense of the Waterford Villas Home Owners Association (WVHOA), please complete the "Request for Repair or Exterior  Maintenance" form below. Once completed, hit the send button to forward your request.  An HOA officer will respond as soon as possible.
