The Gate

The gates to Waterford Villas subdivision at Ronald Reagan Boulevard were locked open and disabled when Waterford Villas Drive and Waterford Villas Court were dedicated to the city on 1 Jan. 2016. Upon dedication, the private streets became public roadways. The gates are required by law to be locked open for public access.

Security cameras are now strategicly located to monitor and record activity entering and leaving Waterford Villas. The cameras are linked to the Lake Saint Louis police department for prompt response to any suspicious activity.
